The weather is very unpredictable in Murmansk and the Murmansk region, and if you still plan to visit the coast of the Arctic Ocean, then catch a checklist on how to dress:
In summer:
— windproof windbreaker with hood
— raincoat
— comfortable shoes, better sport trainers
— pants, jeans or overalls
— sunglasses and cream, shorts (in case of good weather)
In winter:
— down jacket or membrane jacket, winter overalls
— hat, mittens, scarf, balaclava
— thermal underwear
— warm shoes, high boots, ugg boots or snow boots, warm insoles and warm socks
— warm stole
— sunglasses (in March the sun shines brightly and snow, you can take sunglasses)
