The cost of Services is specified in the contract with the tourist.
The tourist pays at least 30% of the cost of services to get a guarantee of booking the tour.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- By wire transfer to the account or company details
- Оплата по QR-коду
Full payment of the trip can be made the day before or on the day of the start of the tour.
Terms of refund and prepayment for services:
- If the client refuses to receive the service within 14 calendar days, the prepayment is refunded in full.
- If the client refuses to receive the service less than 14 calendar days in advance, the prepayment is refunded in the amount of 50% of the prepayment amount.
- In case of refusal of services 7 calendar days before the tour, the Contractor withholds 30% of the cost of services (initial payment).
